Fully booked. Operating wait list only. This half-day course, delivered by Charity Finance Group (CFG) will discuss what GDPR means for charities, what they need to do to prepare and answer questions about data protection.

Target Audience

This course will benefit those who work for small charities who collect data of any kind and are unsure about the new rules. This can be volunteers, staff or trustees.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Know what the upcoming General Data Protection Rules are;
  • Have practical steps that they can take forward in their own charities;
  • Have the confidence to make decisions and plan ahead for how they will comply with data protection rules.

Cost: Half Day Training Courses are delivered to our members for £7.50, to secure a place you will be required to pay a £30 deposit but on full attendance and completion of surveys £22.50 will be refunded to you. Full day training courses have a market value of £300. Retained fees contribute to deposit and refund processing and administration costs.
