The Internet is now used daily by 82% of adults in the UK and online fundraising is continuing to grow as an income channel for charities. This course, delivered by Localgiving, will provide an overview of how charities can raise funds online and break down the key terminology surrounding online fundraising and crowdfunding.
This course will be of benefit to anyone involved in a charity who would like to develop their understanding of how to raise funds and awareness online.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand how online fundraising can become an important income stream for your organisation.
- Understand all of the key online fundraising and crowdfunding terminology.
- Take the first steps to raising your profile and supporter network online.
- Develop a basic online fundraising strategy.

Cost: Half Day Training Courses are delivered to our members for £7.50, to secure a place you will be required to pay a £30 deposit but on full attendance and completion of surveys £22.50 will be refunded to you. Full day training courses have a market value of £300. Retained fees contribute to deposit and refund processing and administration costs.
