In partnership with Mid Sussex Voluntary Action, these workshops cover a wide range of fundraising techniques delivered by experienced and knowledgeable trainers, to give small charities, voluntary and community groups the skills they need to be sustainable. You can attend one, two or all three workshops on the day.

THURSDAY 7th March 2019

Demonstrating Your Impact: Session 10.45 am – 12.15 pm

Effectively demonstrating your impact to your key stakeholders such as donors, grant makers, partners, trustees, media and staff is essential for securing ongoing support for your work. This workshop was designed to help you communicate your impact with stakeholders.

Community & Events Fundraising: Session 1.00 pm – 2.30 pm

Community and Events fundraising can be a great way to involve lots of different people in your charity’s fundraising and engage your local community as a whole. The workshop will provide you with ideas of potential sources of income from their local communities as well as provide one or two tools.

Developing Corporate Relationships: Session 3.00 pm – 4.30 pm

With £1.8 billion total from private sector moving to the voluntary sector, corporate fundraising has many opportunities for the charity sector. This workshop has been designed to help you and your charity understand the opportunities for engaging and working with companies.
