Training sessions cover a wide range of fundraising techniques and back office skills delivered by experienced and knowledgeable trainers.

Demonstrating your Impact (Full Day)

Effectively planning, measuring and demonstrating the difference your work makes is essential to delivering your purpose. It ensures you are best serving the individuals, communities, animals, environments and causes you support, whilst learning and adapting your work. It’s also important to be able to demonstrate the difference you make to your funders, teams and other stakeholders. This course will provide you with an overview of the impact cycle, taking you through the key steps involved in planning what difference you want to make; collecting and analysing information to know if you’re achieving your goals, learning and adapting; and sharing your impact effectively. Fundraising from Trusts and Foundations (Full Day)

With an estimated 9,000 independent trusts and foundations in the UK giving £2 billion in grants each year, they are a prime source of funding for your charity. However, it is absolutely vital that you properly prepare your applications, undertake research and develop tailored proposals that meet their specific criteria. This course aims to give participants the essential skills and knowledge they need to develop successful fundraising from trusts and foundations in their charity.
