This research, carried out in partnership with nfp Synergy in 2009 and launched in Small Charity Week 2010, will give you an insight into the views of the public, about small charities.  It covers a range of areas from the duplication of services and ability to delivery public services to professionalism and quality of spending.

Most interestingly 77% of respondents thought that small charities are usually run by volunteers, 70% of respondents said they are usually friendly organisations and 65% of respondents said small charities are good at understanding the needs of local people.
