Workplace behaviours – Getting it right for you and your staff

Workplace behaviours – Getting it right for you and your staff

Workplaces can throw lots of different personalities together each of whom will have different outlooks and values. A diverse workforce is great but how do you ensure that everyone understands what is appropriate in the workplace?

In this practical workshop we will look at issues such as banter, bullying and harassment and think about how to set the tone and parameters at work and how to engage your charity’s workforce.

This session will cover:
• Common issues faced within charities in managing their workforce and workplace behaviours
• Effective use of 1:1s
• Best practice HR principles
