Emerging Executives: Leadership development and CSR programme for our corporate partners
FSI Small Charity Members and Associate Members receive 20% discount on our consultancy fees
Emerging Executives represents an opportunity to develop the leadership and strategic management skills of current and future leaders whilst making a valuable contribution to worthwhile social causes. Placed in a non-executive governance position on a trustee board of a small charity, Emerging Executives participants are given the training, support and experience to develop and demonstrate crucial strategic, analytical and leadership skills.
Over the past decade, we have refined a programme that reaps huge benefits for the participants, the company, and the charities. We have also developed bespoke programmes for businesses to meet their exact needs, so speak to us now about building a partnership to strengthen your employees’ leadership and your social impact.
Sign up as an individual participant for a hands-on development opportunity that gives you access to decision-making experience at a senior level, targeted leadership development support, and an invaluable way to use your skills to support a cause you’re passionate about. You’ll be supported by a dedicated account manager to shape the programme to meet your needs and will receive training and ongoing mentoring to maximise the opportunity.
Or sign up as a business for a unique CPD opportunity for emerging or established leaders that develops their skills at board level, brings new perspectives and strategic insight into the company, and fulfils corporate social responsibility aims. We offer packages for 1-4 employees or for teams of 5+, can provide reports on the impact of your programme, and are happy to discuss bespoke packages.

“What it does is give our people who are on a trajectory to get to board level the opportunity to really get experience sitting around a board table and making some critical decisions which are really going to affect people’s lives. [Emerging Executives] has been invaluable for things like motivation, relationship building, creativity, building confidence in individuals and we’ve seen success with these people, we’ve seen them go on to do bigger, more important jobs. We are finding that they are really developing as leaders as a result…People cite it as one of the key development points in their career.”

“FSI presented the opportunity to match RBMind with Russell from their Emerging Executives programme just at the time our board was going through major upheaval and the charity was, and still is, facing huge challenges. He has proved invaluable, bringing current and senior commercial and risk management expertise that we would struggle to find and couldn’t afford. He has become an essential part of the board and is clearly committed to the work we do. I would really encourage others to participate in the programme.”
