Plenary Session: Relationship-based Fundraising

About the session: Labels confine, constrain and curtail curiosity, thought and innovation. In a world of ever-increasing personalisation, how do we think about fundraising, talent development and teams especially when faced with shrinking budgets, investment and growing pressures. How do we look past labels of direct mail/ major gifts/ individual fundraising and build strong relationships that bear better fruit? How does being small give us an edge?
