How to recruit fundraisers

Ryan Burdock and Femke Vorstman: How not to use us: recruiting fundraisers without agency support

Join Ryan and Femke from Propsectus recruitment agency to learn how you can recruit the best fundraisers for your small charity. This session will cover:

  • Small charities will learn what makes a Fundraising post attractive in a crowded marketplace. Ryan and Femke will document best practice in recruitment to all levels and touch on retaining talent once recruited.
  • An interactive element will be included that will enable participation from the audience. This will likely include putting ourselves in a Fundraiser’s shoes when searching for a new role on a job board, and the decision making process for that Fundraiser.

There will also be time for questions from the audience at the end.
