Alice Dabrowska: Essentials of business planning
Robust business planning is vital for voluntary organisations in the current climate, to ensure that trustees and staff have a clear and shared picture of future plans and possible scenarios. With the major changes taking place in the voluntary sector, developing a plan is critical to being ready for the future – and to ensuring services can be sustained. The workshop will enable organisations attending to understand a range of planning tools and techniques to prepare a robust business plan.
