Summary

Emma Harrison CBE

Chairman & Founder:  Emma is an entrepreneur with extensive experience as a Chairman of both small and large businesses.

Graham Allan

Treasurer: Graham has recently retired as a Partner at Marriott Gibbs Reece and Wallace, an accountancy firm in Sheffield

Gerry Griffin

Specialism: Gerry is the founder of Skill Pill. He leads the development and evolution of online learning and supports the FSI in respect of our online learning and marketing and communications.

Graham Precey

Specialism: Graham is the Head of Corporate Responsibility and Ethics at Legal & General and the founder of Sail for Cancer. Graham represents the small charity perspective at the FSI and supports the board in respect of public benefit and beneficiary interests.

Noorzaman Rashid

Specialism: Noorzaman is a leader and builder of organisations, boards and teams to improve business performance. Noorzaman supports the FSI in respect of succession planning, supports the Business Development team to develop products and services and takes the lead for the annual Trustee Away Day.

Garreth Spillane

Specialism: Garreth is Chief of Staff at the Global Innovation Fund. He supports the policy and influencing initiatives of the FSI, bringing extensive experience in public policy and strategy.

Barbara Watkinson

Specialism:  Barbara is a founding Director of Leadership and Management Development at TMLA Limited and a member of The Management & Leadership Academy. She supports the trustee annual appraisal process, as well as supporting the CEO with advice on staff development.
