Workshops in (Croydon) South London April 24th 2018

Workshops are being delivered in partnership with Croydon Voluntary Action. Workshops cover a wide range of fundraising techniques delivered by experienced and knowledgeable trainers, to give small charities, voluntary and community groups the skills they need to be sustainable.   You can attend one, two or all three workshops on the day.

Community and Events Fundraising: Session 10.00 am – 11.30 pm

Community and Events fundraising can be a great way to involve lots of different people in your charity’s fundraising and engage your local community as a whole. The workshop will provide you with ideas of potential sources of income from their local communities as well as provide one or two tools.

Demonstrating Your Impact: Session 11.45 am – 1.15 pm

Effectively demonstrating your impact to your key stakeholders such as donors, grant makers, partners, trustees, media and staff is essential for securing ongoing support for your work. This workshop is designed to help you communicate your impact with stakeholders.

Developing Corporate Relationships: Session 2.00 pm – 3.30 pm

With £1.8 billion total from private sector moving to the voluntary sector, corporate fundraising has many opportunities for the charity sector.
