Michal has been involved in community development through the management of educational programming and leadership cultivation

and training for over 20 years.

Her work has focussed on strengthening partnerships between community lay leaders, professionals and key stake holders through lifelong learning programmes, vision building forums and outreach programmes. Her work has successfully delivered financial resources to UK and overseas voluntary organisations for increased capacity building, sustainability, project development and physical expansion, including the creation of a multi million pound museum campus for Holocaust Remembrance.

Michal has also led community education programmes for the Jewish community in both London and Leeds and has successfully built partnerships between a number of London’s diverse communities for joint project work and forums for dialogue.
