A Milestone for The FSI

Last week The FSI passed a milestone – we trained our 100th delegate on our now well established training days which take place each quarter, if you haven’t taken advantage of coming along do – it wont cost you or your charity a penny – we even pay towards the cost of your travel – get smart and get on a course.  Also if there isn’t a course their that you are interested in tell us what you want – we are here to support YOU, it’s the reason why we exist – to share knowledge freely and support you guys at grassroots level who are making a real difference and improving thousands, no millions of lives each year.

Look at the section on the 10K Challenge and get signed up for next year – your opportunity to raise funds and it really, really doesn’t cost you a penny – ring one of this years charities and ‘check it out’ I'm sure everyone who took part this year will be there again next so get in on the action – it will be in early June 2009 exact date to be decided.

Did you see our Chairman Emma in the Evening Standard last week? She was able to get our partner Through UNITY real profile by linking her support to them – fantastic.

Finally – went to the Charity Awards last Thursday – amazing it was great to see so many smaller charities awarded for their innovation, creativity and impact – long may the diversity in our sector continue.
