THE PROMOTION (IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS) OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE PREVENTION OF CRIME IN PARTICULAR BY NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING GUIDANCE TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER MEDIA TO FACILITATE THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCE OF MEMBERS IN THE AREA OF PERSONAL SAFETY, AND TO PROVIDE RELATIVE SUPPORT TO THOSE FAMILIES WHO EXPERIENCE TRAUMA AS A RESULT OF SERIOUS INCIDENT OVERSEAS.
