SNM was established in 1998 by five Sikh women to promote leadership and empowerment of women. Initial activities included a women's choir. SNM started serving wider humanity through charitable fundraising and opened an Inter-faith Centre in the North Birmingham area in 2006.  We run employment support, ICT classes, IAG, Counselling, Life Coaching, yoga and meditation classes, Sikh education projects and volunteering opportunities for all.
