Read it Together
Read it Together is a voluntary organisation based in Hull that provides valuable one-to-one reading support to children who find reading difficult. RiT also operates a parallel scheme that trains older school pupils, both primary and secondary (430), to support younger pupils with reading in their schools.
Mission statement
Working with children in schools and family homes, volunteers aim to build confidence and develop reading skills through sharing and enjoying books together.
