RCVS Charitable Trust

The RCVS Charitable Trust is the charitable arm of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Our purpose is to drive innovation and improvements to veterinary care and treatment, knowledge and understanding. We achieve this by funding research and education projects that impact animal health.

Mission statement

Our mission is to help vets and vet nurses provide the best possible care for animals. We do this by:

- Funding veterinary research and education projects that impact animal health.

- Developing collaborations to drive innovation and improvements to veterinary care and treatment, knowledge and understanding.

- Advancing education in veterinary surgery and medicine by the provision and maintenance of a specialist veterinary Library.

- Conserving veterinary heritage and evolution to develop material as an evidence-based resource for veterinary education and research.
