This charity provides sight restoring eye operations and eye care to the avoidably blind in India and Africa who are to poor to afford the operations themselves.
It provides hospitals,clinics and patient transport as well as training eye surgeons,the provision of medical equipment and the funding of the operations themselves.
There are no administation costs as the charity is run by Rotarians around the world who give of their time freely.
