THE AIM OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROVIDE AN ARTS-BASED FACILITY FOR HELSTON, A MARKET TOWN IN THE KERRIER DISTRICT OF CORNWALL. AS THE ONLY TOWN IN RURAL SOUTH KERRIER, THE DEVELOPMENT WILL MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGH A RANGE OF OUTREACH SERVICES AND BETTER DELIVERY OF EXISTING ACTIVITIES.
