The African Children's Fund working with partners confronts the obstacles stopping children gaining an education. In Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe we adopt strategies appropriate to the local situation. eg.In Kenya we provide breakfast for children attending school, fund the digging of wells and water harvesting; in Tanzania it is providing shelter for street children, in Uganda removing children from positions of exploitation.
