- For charities with experience of sending HTML emails, we have produced an editable HTML email template which you can use in your email marketing. To download the HTML file, right click here and choose ‘Save Target As’.
To insert this into an email in Outlook, do the following:
Open a blank email, delete any signature that appears
- Click ‘Attach file’
- Navigate to the cardraw.htm file and select it
- Click on the down arrow next to the ‘Insert’ button
- Click on ‘Insert as Text’
3. Taking part offline?
- Car draw Paper Ticket Record - If you’re taking part in the car draw offline, you can use this form to keep track of your paper tickets. It’s especially useful if you have lots of volunteers selling tickets for you and will make completing your returns form (required) very easy
- Return Form - If you’re taking part in the car draw offline, you must complete and return this form with your Ticket Stubs, Money and unsold tickets by 30th September 2011.
