Taking part Offline?
- Car draw Paper Ticket Record - If you’re taking part in the car draw offline, you can use this form to keep track of your paper tickets. It’s especially useful if you have lots of volunteers selling tickets for you and will make completing your returns form (required) very easy
- Return Form - If you’re taking part in the car draw offline, you must complete and return this form with your Ticket Stubs, Money and unsold tickets by 20th September 2010
