  • Organisations which encourage the wheel of learning, relish curiosity, questions and ideas, which allow for space experiment and reflection, which forgive mistakes and encourage self-confidence, these are learning organisations and theirs is a competitive advantage which no-one can steal from.

Emma Harrison 6 HILL - cropped(2)When we first set out on this FSI journey I knew it was the right way to bring key skills and values to the fantastic small charities that operate right across the country.  Now, after another busy year, I am heartened by the new charities coming through our door and gaining the skills required to deliver and prosper.

Every week we receive amazing feedback from the charities that have undertaken training and applied FSI strategies to their work.  These charities are growing towards sustainability and we salute them for taking this step and investing in their future.

Small charities make big social impacts and I know that Pauline and her team will continue to deliver maximum results throughout 2010 and beyond.  The success of the FSI only happens because small charities come to us with open minds and our generous donors support us with open hearts, minds and with financial gifts that make all of this possible.  Long may this continue.

For now have a happy and safe Christmas as we all look forward to a fruitful 2010 building a better, smarter small charity sector.

Emma
