Workshop 2009 – Rebecca Little Lasbistes
I help people and organisations to reach their true potential, deliver outstanding performance and maximise sustainable growth.
For me that’s about the triple bottom line of developing people, profit and our planet. I facilitate teams to collaborate, create and innovate and I design and deliver training on socially intelligent leadership. I train teachers to develop the creative abilities of pupils and engage in their learning.
As an NLP Master Coach I provide executive coaching support to individuals and work with teams to accelerate high-performance and fulfilment. This includes developing organisational cultures and strategies that support organisations to grow. I am particularly interested in how diverse groups can work together better to improve outcomes for children, and what this means for us as ethical leaders in a new era.
I hold a 1st class honours degree in French, Psychology and Artificial Intelligence and it’s as a result of my studies that I developed a passion for all things French (which now includes my husband Nicolas!) and a passion for learning about learning. I love discovering more about how our brains work, such as how we are hard-wired for altruism and connecting and empathising with others. I also love to meet new people, so please feel free to contact me: Rebecca@adropintheocean.co.uk
