Training – Charity & Fundraising Strategy

The FSI offers, without cost, an extensive programme of learning opportunities tailored to meet the specific needs of small charities. As part of this programme we would like to offer the following training opportunity for up to 12 delegates. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

This course looks at how to develop your Charity & Fundraising Strategy. It will provide a structured road map and relevant tools to enable you to link together potential sources of income, fundraising methodologies, potential sources of contacts and the areas you need to fundraising against.
This course will benefit the senior fundraiser within your charity whether that is the CEO or the Director/Senior Manager leading the fundraising function. Those attending should be aware of their organisations overall strategic plan from which the Charity & Fundraising Strategy, Communications Strategy and Annual Business Plan is derived.

The Training Event will cover:
* Different types of strategies
* Trends
* Getting Started
* Organising your approach
* Thinking about funding in the round – combining earned income, raised income, statutory income and intellectual income

Trainer: Pauline Broomhead
Availability: 12 places which will be allocated on a first come first served basis to employees or volunteers from 100% not-for-profit organisations with a raised voluntary income of less than £1.5 million.
Date: This course is repeated four times a year, to find out when the next course will run, take a look at the calendar.
Venue: The FSI Office, Central London
Support: There are travel expenses available for those travelling from outside of London using the cheapest fares. Please contact The FSI to agree these travel expenses.
